If you’re looking to elevate your everyday salad into something craveable, crunchy, and just a little unexpected — allow me to introduce you to your new favorite topping: tahini granola.

Yep, granola. On a salad.

Before you raise an eyebrow, hear me out — this isn’t your typical sugary breakfast granola. This is tahini granola, rich with nutty sesame flavor, just enough sweetness, and a hint of savory spice. It brings an irresistible crunch and a deeply satisfying finish to a bowl of greens, especially when paired with crisp green apples and a zingy vinaigrette.

🥗 The Salad Formula

Here’s how to build this salad — feel free to customize with your favorite greens and veggies:

Base:
