Return and Replacement Policy
At Lamprini we take pride in our quality and care we put into each batch of granola. As our products are food items we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened packages.
However if you receive the wrong item or there is a quality concern, or damage in shipping, we’re happy to provide a replacement. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Contact hello@lamprinifoods.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide a solution. Please provide your order number, description of the issues, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
