You only need five minutes to make this healthy granola parfait! Perfect for breakfast, a snack, or dessert! It is easy to customize based on the granola, fruits, and Lamprini Granola Parfait Recipe.

It is easy to customize based on the granola, fruits, and add-ins you have on hand. As you build the layers, be creative. Be you!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt (dahi)
  • 1/2 cup your favorite Lamprini Granola
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (mango, berries, bananas)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)



Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients. Wash and slice fresh fruits as needed.
  • In a clear glass or jar, begin layering the parfait.
  • Start with a layer of yogurt at the bottom.
  • Next, add a layer of granola.
  • Follow with a layer of fresh fruit.
  • Repeat layers of yogurt, granola, and fruits until the glass or jar is nearly full.
  • Drizzle with honey if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!



Variations

  • Use different types of granola depending on mood - Chocolate Granola and Banana makes a great sweet treat in the evening, Tahini Granola with fresh mango is a perfect sweet and salty combo, Banana Granola and fresh banana for those who go ape for bananas! 
  • Add other fruits like kiwi, mango, or peaches.
  • Sprinkle with chopped nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
  • Add in chips of chocolate for an extra treat.
